Pumpkin Spice Latte or Steamer

A delicious, at-home version of the popular coffee shop drink!

Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 tbsp sugar
  • 2 1/2 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup espresso
  • whipped cream

Instructions
 

  • Combine sugar, pumpkin puree, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg in a small saucepan.
  • Whisk in milk and espresso (or strong brewed coffee) and bring to a simmer over medium-high heat.
  • Divide between two mugs and top with whipped cream and more nutmeg.
