Superfood Smoothies: Berry Break
My family loves a good smoothie, and the January/February 2019 FoodNetMag gave us three new smoothies to try, each packed with superfoods!
My kids could not get enough of the first one we tried.
It’s packed with mixed berries for lots of vitamins, Greek yogurt for a bit of protein, and I loved that it included some granola in the smoothie–it definitely made it more filling!
