Samoa Tartlets
Girl Scout Cookie season is truly the most wonderful time of the year.
My absolute favorite Girl Scout cookies will forever and always be Samoas. Oh my goodness, I can (and have!) eat an entire box of them all by myself.
Girl Scout cookie season, and the cookies themselves, never last as long as I want them to, but thankfully these tartlets can be made year-round, whenever the Samoa craving hits!
Toasted coconut tart shells, semisweet chocolate, coconut ice cream, and a drizzle of dulce de leche–they’re pretty much heaven on a plate!
