Brown Butter Granola
Brown butter anything immediately has my heart, so when I Brown Butter Granola in the 50 Things to Make with Oats booklet, I knew I had to make it.
Oh my goodness, this is probably my new favorite granola of all time, ever.
The subtle nuttiness of the brown butter combined with the richness of real maple syrup covering clusters of rolled oats, chopped pecans, and crisp rice is granola perfection, in my opinion.
This granola could not be easier, either! It’s pretty much mix everything together, bake until dry, and let cool. That’s it.
In addition to just eating it plain (which we definitely have!), my family has been loving this granola sprinkled on top of vanilla Greek yogurt. Hooray for another quick breakfast idea!
