Sprouting Carrot Chocolate Cupcakes
These cute cupcakes provided the perfect opportunity for my kids to help me bake.
We chatted about the difference between liquid and dry measuring cups, tasted (and promptly spit out!) cocoa powder, and marveled at how cute our tasty little carrots turned out!
These are kind of a spiced chocolate cupcake, and my kids thought they’d be better without the cinnamon and cloves.
They loved helping me pipe the orange frosting carrots into the cupcakes, and I’m pretty sure sticking in the candy straw stems was their favorite job!
