Coconut Cereal-Treat Carrots

These “carrots” are so fun to make, and they are so delicious!

I don’t know why I’ve never thought to add shredded coconut to rice krispie treats, but now I may never go back. It is divine!

This is definitely a fun, easy recipe to make with kids. Mine loved sticking the sour straw stems into each carrot!

This is such a fun treat idea for springtime and Easter!
