Monthly Muffins: August
The January/February 2018 issue of Food Network Magazine included such a fun feature: a muffin for every month of the year!
The ratio of fruit to muffin in these babies is pretty much amazing. So perfect for an August muffin!
I ended up with 19 muffins, not 12, but I will never complain about having too many of these.
These muffins might have been our favorites of the year!
